1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to HelperBee. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our platform, website, mobile application, and home services provided by HelperBee Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By accessing or using our services in Surat, Vesu, or any operational region in Gujarat, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

HelperBee provides on-demand and scheduled domestic assistance, including but not limited to:

• Kitchen preparation & vessel washing
• Sweeping, mopping, and home surface dusting
• Appliance cleaning (fridge, microwave, gas stove)
• Bathroom sanitization and wardrobe organizing
• Balcony, window, terrace, and staircase cleaning

HelperBee helpers ("Taskers") are independent verified professionals who carry valid identification and uniform.

3. Booking, Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on the HelperBee website and application are fixed, transparent, and in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments can be made via UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, or Cash upon service completion. No tasker is authorized to demand additional cash tips or unapproved surcharges.

4. Customer Responsibilities & Materials

Customers are requested to:

• Provide basic cleaning supplies, broom, buckets, and water access unless a dedicated deep cleaning kit is requested during booking.
• Safely secure all cash, jewellery, luxury watches, and confidential documents prior to the helper's arrival.
• Ensure a respectful and safe work environment for all taskers.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Bookings can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time. If cancelled after the tasker has reached your location, a nominal travel fee of ₹50 may apply.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

Your satisfaction is our primary commitment. If any service is unsatisfactory, please report it within 2 hours of completion via our helpline at +91 99049 42320 or email support.helperbee@gmail.com. We will arrange a prompt touch-up inspection or refund.

7. Contact & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
